Need to create 10-2 hour continuing education courses to put on-line for real estate education in Massachusetts and eventually New Hampshire. The students have to be able to print out a 3 page curriculum at the beginning and a completion certificate at the end. The courses have to be time based, meaning the student can't fast forward and if left unattended, the course stops. They must spent 2 hours in each course. I have talked to endless companies about this, but the costs are not economically feasible. The tuition would be $45 per student ( special 1st time users $35) and we expect 1,000 to 2,000 students a year. Looking for someone to help develop at a reasonable fee and then host the whole operation at about $5 per student. No monthly fees.
